My experience with these has not been encouraging.  They bloomed the first
year, skipped a year, then bloomed again.  This year they did not bloom but
I think the deer got them.  They were in an area where the deer grazed for
acorns, and I think they got the colchicum too.  When they did bloom,  the
blooms were nice but not spectacular.
