1999 Bulletin of the British Hosta & Hem. Society

I recently got in the post the subject publication. It is excellent!
Many great articles on hostas and some beautiful pics.
I would encourage overseas persons to join the BHHS. Perhaps Roger can tell
us again the dues.
Something that MIGHT deter persons from joining is that the dues must be paid
in pounds sterling; however, if you live in a city or near an airport, it is
quite easy to obtain English currency or a money order or various travel
certs in pounds.
Caution: At many airports the money changers are unloading one-pound notes.
These are NOT legal tender any longer.
