I have three small Daphne odora aureomarginata plants. I planted three because I can never get enough daphne to bring into the house, when it is blooming. But I was worried to find that my references all have very different zones given for this plant, ranging from zone 4 to zone 8. If it really is zone 8, I will have problems during some cold years. I asked a local nurseryman, and he said they have not died locally, in cold years. I notice that the common name is sometimes given as Winter Daphne, or as Sweet Daphne, though it seems to be the same plant. Can anyone tell me what is the real story on this wonderful plant? Anelle
