Primulas from the big box

Hello,
I was at Wal-Marts doing grocery shopping yesterday when I happened by a shopping cart full of Primula. Unlabeled, ragged, only pieces parts remaining above the medium. Just above the soil line in each pot was a small cluster of buds and leaf tips.... you guessed it. I could not resist. Only .50 and they did so look as though they were orphans needing a good home.
Watered them, set them up in the windowsill and today they have foliage up to about 1 1/2 to 2 inches, bloom stems pushing up with numerous buds on each.
Probably polyanthus hybrids and may or may not survive outside, but who cares..... I am watch something green and in bloom while we get through winter's return.
