Yes, but hellebore seeds need warm conditions first. This copies
what they are accustomed to in nature: seed falls to warm soil in the
summer and remains warm until temperatures begin falling. In mild
areas, seedlings pop up in the fall, and presumably in cold areas, in
the spring. Seedlings in my garden have been growing a couple of
months.
