[SHADEGARDENS] Fallopia

Dear All,

Several weeks ago we were discussing the subject genus and a variegated form
that I could not identify. Well, I found it listed in Roslyn's catalogue as:
Fallopia(Polygonum) 'Variegata'.

Isn't that an "invalid" name?
