HI, Elaine asked about good groundcovers for shade...I bought one last
year that I really like, called mazus reptans. It has nice leaves,
and also gets wonderful little purple and white orchid-like tiny
flowers. I have heard differences of opinion on it being invasive
versus controllable...perhaps anyone who has information about this
could post...thanks.
One of the things that I would like to know is if it is controllable,
or if it is so invasive that it will take over. I have lots of time
to devote to the garden in the summer, and it is small, so if it is
the former, I do not mind that it spreads, but I do not want a garden
that is nothing but!
