Hello, Diana.  The NCS webpage IS up but is not yet wonderful...give it
another 1.5 weeks.  It is my intention to post one or two articles in
advance of each quarterly issue, and as of today the webmaster had not yet
installed the current Table of Contents or the two features upcoming in
the Summer issue.  "So soon," he promises.  I shall also mount the current
cover, but even I have not seen that yet, except in my mind and on my
monitor.
