Perhaps one could ask Roslyn to send First Class Priority and agree to bear
the risk of plant damage. If one bought, say, $150 worth of perennials, I'd
think Priority would cost a lot less than .45 x $150= $72+. Also, Priority
would arrive in 3 days.
