Probably right on both counts. It is sunny today so we are getting out
and clean up some of the winter debris. We notice with the lack of snow
cover for most of the winter things look pretty grim. Nothing ever got a
chance to harden off. The roses looked good up until two weeks ago now a
lot of wind burn, We are afraid with no snow cover, low temeratures, and
this drying wind we will see a lot of damage. We have noticed many of the
usually evergreen epimediums are anything but evergreen.
