        And you are welcome. Don't know about sage advice...perhaps would be
better with rosemary or thyme. I did notice the world 'should' used in your
message. That is a good word to rid the mind of. Remember your
parents/teachers telling you what you SHOULD be doing? And how you resented
it? Be willing to bet what ever your are shoulding upon yourself you are
resisting in your mind at the same time. It is referred to as parenting
yourself. Choose to do or not to do for yourself as an adult.
