walnut trees

I've found hosta to grow well under oak trees, but since I've really
started liking hostas and wanting more, I'm looking for more shade.  I have
walnut trees in another part of my yard, has anyone had experience with
trying hostas under walnuts?  Thanks, Sheila Sayles, Wisconsin
