I am the one with the dubious distinction of having started this
discussion. I wouldn't have asked the question unless I wanted honest
answers. Public answers benefit not only me but the rest of you. I don't
think an up and up business has anything to worry about in the truth. In
this case Cher (South Creel owner) is winning so far with 5 satisfied
customers to one disgruntled (that I know of). Those that condemn without
any first hand experience don't count. I had a nice long phone call from
her from a sick bed today. She explained her business policies and reasons
for some of the problems in the past. Bottom line is I plan to put in an
order with her.
