Hi
I do not agree with the statement that all negative comments regarding
nurseries should be made privately, as most of us are looking for quality
sources and trying to avoid the unsatisfactory ones. Perhaps the solution
would be for persons to simply describe the facts of their experience(s)
with the nursery(ies) and let the readers draw their own conclusions.
Making global judgmental comments might be libel, but simply describing
one's own experiences would just be reporting facts, even if they are
unpleasant ones. What do you lawyers think?
