So many of the newer plants are not in the books as is easy to understand.
Every year new expeditions release new seeds and no book publisher could keep
up.

The link above is the MOBOT database.  If you do a search using <
www.google.com   > , you will turn up a bunch of references.  If it is
possible to bookmark the databases as you find them, you will have a web
source that is more recent than any book.

That is not to disparage books.  Books, especially the AZ are still a great
source of garden plant knowledge.   BTW, can anyhone read this tome sitting
in a comfortable chair.  That book is so heavy and bulky that one can get a
bruise from it. Two or three of these and you are bound to use the kitchen
table.

Ah, for the time when a gardener could know most of what was on the market.
Today he does not have a chance to be up to date no matter how many lists he
reads or subscriptions that arrive.
