Thanks, Bobbi...I haven't gotten my copy yet, so don't know what was
kept and what was not...sent in too much data and know they cut some
and were going to put it on the web site- too many words by far:-)
But, I didn't know what emphasis they wanted, so figured they'd need
to decide.
No story really, did one on online gardening for them last year and
they asked me to do one on email lists...well, that's a *vast* topic
as there are so many; one for just about any interest going.
Deadline was last Oct. and, frankly, without going to see what I sent
in the first place, I've about forgotten:-) I know I featured
several lists and listed many more. They likely put in the ones that
were more general than specific, but I just don't know...hafta wait
for my copy to arrive to see what *I* wrote:-)
This is only my second 'in print' publication, but I get the strong
impression that the author sends in copy for the editors to rearrange
to suit themselves...making the final article somewhat of a surprise
to the author:-)
