Written questionnaires are useful for both the writer and the person being
questioned in terms of time conservation.  I've seldom used written
questions, but usually when I did, responses led me in a slightly different
way, requiring oral communication too.  I've been interviewed with pretty
disastrous results, but I don't think I've ever written anything the
interviewee objected to.  "Hundred bucks" may be stretching it for a lot of
garden writing.  Margaret L
