Hi, Kay,
   International Money Orders here in western New York are available only at
some banks for outrageous fees ($24 or more each).  International Money
Orders are available through the US Postal Service but not for all countries,
e.g., no such money order is available for Germany. So much for any real
world market on the grassroots level!  Some overseas group accept the usual
charge card and systems such as PAYPAL (associated with E-Bay).  Regards,
