Happy New Year:

I have been collecting hosta for about five years, and my collection is about
450 cultivars.  Recently, I become interested in hybridizing.  I have gotten
seed form Peter Ruh, Ran Lydell [through an NEHS auction, and Walden-West].

In addition to my hosta, I collect dwarf conifers, rhodies, peony, grasses,
other shade plants, and most recently-daylilies.

Professionally, I have been in industrial pharmaecuticals for almost for 25
years from R&D to technical management.  Currently, I work with a group of
pharmaceutical consultants.

As most of us would say, I'd rather be gardening.

I look forward to learning and hopefully contributing to this robin group.
