Hi Everyone,
For those of you who have Diane Grenfell's book named The Gardners Guide To
Growing Hostas on page 95 in the picture up in the right hand corner there is
planting
that she mentions a Variegated Astilbe. Does anyone know anything about an
Astilbe that has the variegated leaves.
I have about 15 or more kinds of Astilbe's, I have no problem with them growing
good.
One more question on the front cover of the Shady Oaks Catalog what is the
feathery marroon colored plant that is behind the hosta? I really like the looks
of it. I wonder if it's growing in shade.
Thanks,
Vicky Cahanes, New Richmond WI, zone 4
