This is actually one of favorite months, as I can sit down and plan for the
spring.
A couple of questions and comments:
Imapatienses are a staple in my garden-but no matter if the label says "mini"
or "dwarf," by August, they have taken over the beds, even with judicious
pinching. Is there a true small one out there? Sources?
Is there a variety of Cornus that is a good ground cover for the shade?
Do you find that the viridescent hostas, such as ventricosa 'Aureomaculata',
'Fortunei Albopicta' etc., will retain their variegation to some degree the
older they become?
Is 'Krossa Regal' a species?
