I live in Ithaca NY and work for a community rehab center for adults with
disabilities. we have a strip of hillside that is totally shaded (well maybe
the sun peeps thru he leaves overhead on occasion that the sun actually shines
in ithaca...)
I want to plant some perrenials and annuals that are pretty, some that flower
and some that smell good so the clients--who may or may not want to
participate in the planting--can enjoy the scenery on breaks.....
I have zero budget, unfortunately, and need to beg...so i want to make sure i
know what to ask for.
any ideas on plantings...and any ideas of nurseries that may be open to
sending some seedlings? I'll hit the local folks...
thanks
shawn
