More pulmonaria

Bobbi,

Is your Betram Anderson a plant with leaves long and narrow resembling a
tropical dracena (sort of).  I have always suspected my plant was label-
switched.  I gave up the pulmonarias because of the mildew factor.  Some of
them seed around and I am still pulling up babies. We have the weeks of
drought combined with cool and moist nights - bingo - mildew on all
pulmonaria.

The plant I describe may be descended from one listed as longifolia and it has
never suffered mildewing.  I will look around my books for a better answer.
