Hi Paul,

I read with interest how to transplant Lady Slippers. I do know that
one should not collect in the wild, but you never know when you are
going to have to do that to save an area that is going to be land
developed (I mean buildings or roads).  I followed until you
mentioned about how deep the roots are.  It says 1.5 here.  1.5 what?
 Maybe I should know, but I do not!
