Hi Jennifer,
Speaking as a nursery... if you do not tell me I have no way of reading your
mind. I will never know how you feel or have a chance to make it right with you.
Neither of us will have gained. You will never order from me again, and then tell
all your friends. Don't know about the unknown company, but I can't afford that
kind of publicity. Bad gets around quickly, the good takes quite a bit longer.
I hope you have not waited too long to complain... most nurseries do have time
limits within which they respond... some give you a year, some within 10 days.
I pretty much stopped shipping a while back... too hot. Advise all who order
now to wait until the last of August or September while plants are going dormant.
A few will insist upon now anyway and I follow instructions, but that makes me
uncomfortable.
Honey attracts more flies than vinegar.... be nice.
