Hi Gene,

I've had my own business for 26 years and during that time have learned when
to back away from a situation that could cause me more mental anguish than
it's worth.  In this instance, the owner's wife was so cold, unfriendly, and
so completely tuned out to my call, I knew my money was lost.  Not wanting to
be the one to put a black mark on the nursery's reputation, I have kept quiet
until I read Diann's   message.  Oh, I did complain loudly to Clyde Crockett
at the time, but didn't take his advice and sue.  Would have cost me more
money for a lawyer and with my way of not doing further mail-order business
with them, it has cost them.
