Re: Platycodon cuttings?

Hi Tammy,

I have never taken cuttings and they don't separate very easily from roots,
but they are easy to start from seed...they even self sow some places (not
here)!

I started the one that doesn't open at all, and a pink one, which is not
'really' pink.
Got the seeds from T and M. They bloomed the second year and clumped by the
third.

There is also a tall white variety, and two very low varieties called
Sentimental Blue and Sentimental White.

I also have a double one. That took three purchases to get, as the first two
turned out to be singles. Make sure that you see the bloom if that is the
one that you want.

nice plants...all!

Deadhead regularly if you want to keep them going.
