Easy from seed.  Need two years for a blooming plant.  If you have a cool
germination site, now is the time to start.  I never tried a cutting, can't
hurt.  Dividing only practical when the plant is huge.

I have cut the top off this plant while spring cleaning many times.  If you
cannot remember where you put it use a stake or some marker.  It does not
emerge until everything else is up and you have entirely forgotten about it.
