Re: slugs & hostas (was Need a suggestion)

I have never had slugs damage any of the thick-leaved hostas like
sieboldii (not even the deer like that one) or Sum and Substance.  Of
course, these are usually  big hostas, and you might have to hack
your way through to the backyard with a machete.
