Hi Josh,

Crambe Cordifolia is an excellent specimen plant and would be quite striking
behind your water garden.  The plant itself will grow to 3-31/2' tall, with a
spread of 4' or so.  The bloom scapes would add another 2' in height when in
bloom.  The large hisbid leaves create a beautiful mound of dark greenery and
the bloom is a gypsophila-cloud of small white stars.
