Hmmm, aside from the fact that "Vynil Deserts" don't tempt me in the
least, wouldn't you and your gardening spouse enjoy moving to a nice tract
of farmland with excellent topsoil?
(Yeah, I know, they strip all the decent topsoil off before they begin
building, then a landscaping company offers to sell it back to you.
But, other than the fact that there are no trees, a nice new lot would be
fun to begin over on.
Well, maybe a townhouse lot with a hardwood shade tree.)
