Many of the Polonium do not like wet soils or even a soil that is damp for a
number of days in a row.
If the roots have rotted away this is a good indication that the soil is too
moist-if you can pull the top of the plant out of the ground with just a
little tug, the roots have rooted away.
Next time you plant, use a good amount of sand and build up the soil so the
plant is growing on a small hill.
There have been a number of reports that this plant(Brise D' Anjou) can be a
little difficult to grow.
