Gene,
I'm on the very northern edge of zone 5 and have grown Caryopteris
'Worcester Gold' for several years. I cut it back hard every spring and by
this time of year it's a couple of feet high, and about that big around.
It's on the east side of the house, so gets half a days sun. It does
beautifully. I think it would look great with the Eupatorium 'Chocolate',
but my gardening ideas aren't often subtle.
