If you have a lot of poison ivy, chemical attack would be my
preferred choice. Check at local nurseries, garden centers etc.
Individual plants I have pulled up using a plastic bag and turning
it outside in.

What do you consider weed maples. My candidates would be Silver,
Box Elder and Norway. How big are they. Small saplings can be
pulled out. Up to one-inch diameter, I would cut them off with
loppers near the base and remove suckers as they sprout. It may
take a few years. larger ones a pruning saw would be in order.
