Yes, I found it very disturbing. EPA or any other govt. agency doesn't
seem to be effective at protecting the sprayees or the sprayers. I got a
faceful of insecticide on a "non windy" day while griping about their
spraying when my dog was outside. Lawn care company brought me unwanted
surprises: field bindweed and Canada thistle. Then the neighbor's lawn
spray people used my patch of violas odoratas for a urinal. Now there's
nobody to complain to...this is not a political statement, I think the
government's impotence is bipartisan. Margaret L
