- up here by me Aruncus grow well in both what i will call sun and shade -
but we have rather lot of rain because I live at the coastline - and it
grows so well that I am getting a little bit 'afraid' of it because it
seems to come up 'everywhere' now - in lawn - in bed - in wild rather far
away from the seed source. Bees and othr pollinators loves it - and I
normal do not cut it down during wintertime because the dry flower stalks
are so stiff that they look nice too - that was at least what I was
educated in gardener school. And I suppose some birds likethe seeds and
bring it around ... just a little 'warning' as well. But I like the plant too
