Re: Anyone collect heucheras?

I use Heuchera in borders and raised beds, either in groups or as
accent plants to pick up and carry a color. Groups of 3 are nice
with foliage of contrasting or echoing colors...more of the purple
leafed sort together in a wad gets a tad icky I find.

Pulmonaria...well 'Mrs. Moon' is a groundcover of fairly vast
proportions...seeds all over the place and fills a lot of cracks;
'Excalibur' and a 'David Ward' are accents and poor Pulmonaria
longifolia cevennensis is currently being a sardine between a Carex
and a geranium...needs a new home where it can spread out.

Was given 'Little Star' from a friend's garden this spring...it is
living alone with some Hellebores and is a rather neat plant.

Both can be used for a lot of purposes in the garden...whatever takes
your fancy, really.

I would be interested in how ppl use these in their landscapes.
ALso,
