Sorry, but I do a combination of hand cleaning, hosing and ignoring.  Can't
think of anything else to do.  I know some people who want to enter a blue
hosta in a cut leaf show with a lot of corregation, will cover the plant with
a cheesecloth canopy to keep the tree droppings off.  This is probably not
going to work for you either. HA.
