Re: dwarf Astilbe

If anyone has been growing the dwarf astilbe (Liliput, Perkeo) I would love
growing instructions.  I have managed to kill both of the above, and they
died a slow death, never got larger, just continued to get smaller.  I moved
them around trying to find the perfect place, but never had any luck.  They
have beautiful foliage, as well as bloom.
