Nikko not blue

I planted a Nikko blue hydrangea a couple of months ago. I was very
surprised that it bloomed at all this year! Now that it's blooming I'm
concerned that the flowers are a greenish-white instead of blue. If I look
closely, the edges are blue but that's all. I'm fairly sure our soil is
acidic and when I planted it I gave it a good dose of acid-loving plant
fertilizer and peat moss. Any suggestions? Thanks!
