My wilting Ligularia "The Rocket" problem has been solved by chatting with
Lesa von M-S. She suggested that some sun must be hitting it, and sure
enough: a bit if morning sun slants in under the trees and lands squarely
on that plant. I'll move it when the ground dries out a bit.

Hi Karen!
I recall that you just planted the ligularia, right? Lesa has correctly
identified the problem, but if you water it daily during first season and if
its getting only a bit of morning sun, you dont necessarily have to move it.
Mine did the same first season in ground---but second year they were
established and get quite a dose of morning (pre-10 AM) sun and do nicely.
