Pottsey, Just be a little more patient. Coneflowers, coreopsis, and
blackeyed susans should all bloom this year, but depending on the size and
source of your new plants, they will take a little longer to start. In
northeast Nebr. established coneflowers are in the bud stage, and
black-eyed susans (Rudbeckia Goldsturm?) will not start until July.
