Well Margaret,
Thank you very much for the kind words, but this is not Disney Land
either. All those critters I love and appreciate are give boundaries...
whether they understand them or not. They are welcome until they misbehave.
If a squirrel decides to eat the side out of a feeder rather than the
seeds, he is quickly dispatched. You are right about the weeds... the
neighbors think I am crazy enough without my talking to the weeds before
spraying them. I am known as the crazy person who sits in the garden in
winter with a coat on or walks in the rain just to see a flower....
The native Americans did have it right about crazy persons getting special
consideration. People do give you a bit of a wide berth, don't they?;-))
