Source for ornamental grapes

Hello - Can anyone tell me about a source to purchase ornamental grapes
mentioned on this Oregon Live site?

I am particularly interested in the following, but will settle for another =

Lastly, here's an ornamental grape that is a true foliar wonder, even
without stripes, splashes or moody leaves. V. coignetiae is native to the
mountain forests of northern Japan, "where it covers the trees from base to
summit with a gorgeous mantle in autumn," plantsman William Robinson once
wrote.

Its dark, leathery, foot-long leaves have a thick felt undercoating in
colors ranging from rust to vanilla. They make a wonderful roof (on a
seriously strong support) all summer, and -- should it happen, when it
happens -- they turn all tones of crimson in fall.

Thank You So Much
