I'd love the directions... I heard about this last year but wasn't ready to
try it...

| There were directions for a light weight trough last night on the
| alpine-l list.  A stryofoam box is covered with concrete mixture.  A
| group of us made some last year but used more concrete.  Let me know if
| you need the directions.
