Re: Calla lilies - sun or shade?

Guess I listened to the experts on Agapanthus and grew them only in pots.
I'll try a couple of varieties in the ground this year and see if I can find
a survivor.

Except for a King Hubert Canna that returns year after year, (faces south,
next to the house foundation), I cannot recall any other tubers or bulbs
around here that are unique to Indiana. I do try new plants each season that
are listed for warmer zones and have had some success. I tried a new to me
sea holly last year and yesterday I noticed the two plants planted, have
returned. Ferns seem to be the only plants I mind my P's & Q's with, as I've
lost almost all of the warmer zone varieties.
