Love KY and plan to live there in my retirement.
I have five sisters all are much involved in gardening. One of them worked
as a barber for awile and the Maddens woud fly their hair stylist to where
they were. Just for a haircut. Char often accompanied for the trip. She is
at Eastern majoring in art at this time.
Helga, the one who works at Lanes End has the job of doing the displays
around the breeding facility there. Lanes End has on site security and it is
not a problem for the president or the queen to drop in there because of the
security of the place. Horses worth millions will make the place very tight.
Helga is the one who got me into hostas, I don't know if I should bless her
or hold it against her. The master gardener at Lanes End is very much into
hostas and has had Tony Avent to visit to exchange ideas. So much for
gardening in the sun, too apt to run into yellow jackets and get skin cancer.
Let me know if you decide to make a visit, Helga can make you welcome at
Lanes End if you should decide to visit. Beautiful place, not the kind of
home that a typical family has the opportunity to ever see. N.
