Dean: Thanks for the information and glad to know that the Slugs do not burrow deep so the Wrnes cannot get them. I do watch the Wrens and other birds feed their young. Will have to get the binocluars out and try to see what sort of "goodies" they are feeding on. Again thanks. It is comforting to know the wrens are doing my work and this way do not have to put out bait etc. to keep the "sluggers" under control.
