Dean & Others,
I have tried to attract wrens to my yard--put up three wren houses and I must
be doing sometnig wrong--nary a wren!
Where should a wren house ideally be placed? How high off the ground?
I have used the houses that are attached to a tree limb with a chain. Would it
be better to have the houses on some sort of stake?
Please do not laugh--but could you give me some idea what a wren looks like?
Are they similar in appearance to sparrows?
Are there any other birds that eat slugs?
TY!
