They may be a bane to you, Mr. Sliger, but they're not to me.  I watched an
English sparrow stand patiently at a dandelion seedhead, gobbling seeds
until they were all consumed.  I do not mind feeding them through the
winter, and must say I don't care for the snobbish attitude.  Margaret
